Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band situated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), which includes their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their song, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) via his LiveJournal webpage.
